The Master's Builders
The Master's Builders group is based at Summit Baptist Church in Acworth, Georgia, and consists of approximately 400 individuals in six teams. We provide and coordinate volunteer labor to churches throughout the building process.
Our six teams are divided into four categories: Framing, Drywall, Mechanical and Finishing. We have two framing teams, two mechanical teams, one drywall team and one finishing team.
The bulk of our work is done between the months of June and August, and our teams are family-oriented, as we feel that children should learn that service should always be a part of the Christian life.
Summit Framing Team
The Summit Framing Team framing team is a close knit family of approximately 150 volunteers. It is made up of about 60% families and the remainder are individuals. We bring our children because we believe that we are an example to them, no matter what we do, we are setting an example. We prefer our example be one of service. We all have great fun together as we work and worship. Won't you please pray about joining us on our next trip?

There are different kinds of gifts, but the same Spirit. There are
are different kinds of service, but the same Lord. There are different kinds of working, but the same
God works in all of them in all men. Now to each one the manifestation of the spirit is given for the
common good. To one there is given through the Spirit the message of wisdom, to another the
message of wisdom by means of the same Spirit, to another faith by the same Spirit, to another
gifts of healing by that same Spirit, to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to
another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in tongues, and to still another
the interpretation of tongues. All these are the works of one and the same Spirit, and he gives
them to each one, just as He determines.
1 Corinthians 12:4-11
The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts; and
though all its parts are many, they form one body. So it is with Christ.
1 Corinthians 12:12
If anyone serves, he should do it with the strength God provides,
so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ.
1 Peter 4:11
Not to us, O Lord, not to us but to your name be the glory,
because of your love and faithfulness.
Psalm 115:1
